Salina Public Schools is proud to announce our participation in the 2026 Project Salina Drive! From Monday, March 30, through Friday, April 24, our employees and community are invited to help stock the shelves of local food banks and shelters by donating tuna or providing monetary contributions.

All donations collected during this drive directly benefit several vital organizations in our community:

• Ashby House Family Shelter

• Domestic Violence Association of Central KS (DVACK)

• The Salvation Army

• Salina Rescue Mission

• Salina Emergency Aid/Food Bank, Inc.

• Salina Grace

How You Can Help

1. Donate Tuna Please bring your tuna donations to your building’s designated collection area. For those at the main office/district site, items can be dropped off at the table in the lobby by the Reset Room.

2. Monetary Donations Cash and checks make a massive difference! These funds allow agencies to purchase fresh, perishable foods like milk, produce, and eggs.

• Where: Please bring monetary donations to Mrs. Mud in the Counseling Center.

• Details: Only cash or checks made out to Project Salina will be accepted.
