Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of wrestling, hard work, self-discipline, and sportsmanship all while having fun learning the sport.
Practice:
We will practice after school until 5:00. Please be here at 5 to pick your student up.
Expectations/Responsibilities:
South Middle School wrestlers are expected to abide by the schools HONOR code.

Honor |
Doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. |

| Ownership |
Take ownership for your actions. Do not do anything that is not in the best interest of your team, self, school and family. Take ownership for issued equipment, wrestlers are responsible for lost/damaged equipment. |
| Communication | Communicate with coaches if you are going to be late or miss a practice/meet. |
| Organization | Come prepared for practice/meets. |
| Respect | Show respect toward coaches, team members, opponents, officials, and cheerleaders. |
Discipline:
Minors (Detentions, etc.)
- 1st offense: Extra conditioning
- 2nd offense: Extra conditioning
- 3rd offense: Dismissal from team
Majors (ISS, OSS, Referral)
- 1st offense: Extra conditioning
- 2nd offense: Dismissal from team
