Follow these steps to participate in Cross Country this year.
Step 1. Register and complete ALL forms at https://salina-ks.finalforms.com/
Step 2. In FinalForms, print the KSHSAA PPE Physical and take it to your doctor to get the necessary signatures.
Step 3. Email or hand deliver the physical to Jamie Jackson ([email protected]) at South Middle School
