Follow these steps to participate in Cross Country this year.
Step 1. Register and complete ALL forms at https://salina-ks.finalforms.com/
Step 2. In FinalForms, print the KSHSAA PPE Physical and take it to your doctor to get the necessary signatures.
Step 3. Email or hand deliver the physical to Jamie Jackson ([email protected]) at South Middle School

All students interested in participating in middle school any sport at South Middle must complete the district sport’s packet before practice starts.
