ImPACT Testing
USD 305 is still offering IMPACT TESTING for the 21-22 school year. However, the test will be done at home. We are encourage all students interested in going out for a sport to take the test.
If you want your athlete to take the test, complete the following:
- Download the ImPACT Parent Consent Form from the link below.
- Completely fill out the form and return the form to the main office.
- Look at the testing dates below and ensure the form is submitted to the front office by the due dates.
- The student-athlete will receive an email through their student-issued email account with a video tutorial and testing link. The test must be taken within a 90-day window.
