Parent Teacher Conferences
Student-Led Parent Teacher Conferences
Sixth-grade conferences will be held in the commons, while seventh and eighth-grade conferences will take place in Gym #2. We kindly request that all students attend the conference with their parent or guardian, as each student will be presenting their progress. During the conference, students will review their current grades, progress on their Individual Plans of Study, future course interests, and reflect on their growth throughout the school year. Please ensure that students bring their Chromebooks to the conference, as these will be used for their presentations. Advisory teachers will contact families, typically via email, to schedule a conference date and time. Please keep an eye out for this communication. We are excited to see the student presentations and look forward to welcoming all of our families.
Parent Teacher Conferences – Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday, February 4 and Thursday, February 5. Conferences will be student led and will be scheduled through advisory teachers.

Thursday, February 5:
- 7:15 am – 11:15 am
- 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
- 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Parent Teacher Conference Meals
As a way to show our SMS staff how much we appreciate their hard work, PTO will be providing meals and snacks for teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences. If you are able to help out with some of the extras for these meals, please sign up. Thank you very much for your support!
